Thank you for shopping at Youyiad.shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, makeup, or other signs of use.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or personalised items.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
How to Request a Return
- Email 904613948@qq.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Return Shipping
- Defective, damaged, or wrong items — we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind / wrong size — the customer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured service; Youyiad.shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Request an exchange via the same process as a return. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank first, then email us at 904613948@qq.com
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. After that, please follow the standard return process.
